Boudoir photography is a style that features an array of romantic, intimate and often times erotic images of its subject in a private environment, such as a bedroom or bathroom.
That is up to you! Boudoir photography features subjects who don't regularly model. Some people enjoy giving the images as a gift to their romantic partner for a special occasion like their wedding night, valentines day or even birthday. Other individuals do it for themselves to boost confidence or to help step out of their comfort zone and realize how beautiful and sexy they really are.
Lingerie! Now is the time to pull that stored away sexy lingerie you've been hiding for a special occasion and rock it. If you need to go shopping, consider picking up a one piece teddy or body suit. These are some of my favorites to use, especially if you have insecure spots or are uncomfortable being semi nude in front of someone. Or you can go nude. You decide your limits.
Absolutely! But please keep in mind that you have to be comfortable in front of this person. You may start out thinking you're going to keep this shoot reserved but by the end you'll be feeling so beautiful and sexy that you may consider wearing just a sheet. It gets awkward asking someone to step out of the room so if you're okay with this person seeing you in your underwear and less, then so am I. Bring them. ONLY YOU unless I have signed permission to share them here.
